WELCOME TO THE OJOCHAL RACQUET CLUB RESERVATION PORTAL!
Member Reservation Policies:
Members may reserve courts up to 7 days in advance.
Reservations included free of charge with membership.
Non-Member Reservation Policies:
Non-Members may reserve courts up to 2 days in advance.
Payment is required upon booking.
Reservation costs:
Non-members $50 per hour for Tennis Court.
Non-members $25 per hour for Pickleball, Basketball, Badminton, or Ping-Pong Court.
Member with non-members 50% off of above rate.
How to reserve a court:
1. Click Book a Court at the top of your screen.
2. Select a date to see court availability.
3. Click on the RESERVE button on the chosen time slot.
4. Complete the reservation form.
5. Non-Members must submit payment.
6. Ensure that our required Liability Waiver has been signed.
You will receive a confirmation email for the reservation along with a key lock code to access the court.
Cancellation Policy:
Court reservations and cancellations are the responsibility of the person who booked the reservation.
Members: We ask that if your plans change, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible to open the court for others.
Non-Members: Must cancel 24 hours prior to court time to be eligible for account credit toward future reservations.
How to cancel a reservation:
1. Click on your profile at the top-right portion of your screen.
2. Find the reservation you wish to cancel. Click the DETAILS button on the right.
3. Click on the red CANCEL RESERVATION button.
4. Click CANCEL RESERVATION.
